There are many things in the world that we don't realize that is prominent in our waking life, we just don't appreciate it because our heart wants more. 
Light and dark cannot co-exist just like gratitude and disturbance. You have to choose one that is good for you. 

We often complain about the small things and don't appreciate that we have all we need. Nowadays, let's remind ourselves to be thankful for the little things and begin to be appreciative. Be grateful that you have food on your table, a roof over your head, clothes to wear, a house to make you safe, and most of all for your life.

When we have a grateful heart, it doesn't mean that we will not be going to strive for more, it just simply teaching us how to be appreciative with humility in our hearts.

It gives inner healing, peace, and provides positive outcomes on what we do in life.

Thus, if you feel like you are the most unfortunate person in the world, just deem of something you are grateful for and begin to embrace it.
